Acceptable Use

You must not

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, in your use of Replim.
• Connect an account you are not authorised to manage.
• Breach the terms or API rules of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or YouTube, or use Replim to work around a limit those platforms impose.
• Collect comments you have no lawful basis to process, or use Replim to build a dataset about people for a purpose they would not expect.
• Harass, threaten, defame or target anyone, or use the reply features to send abuse.
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Upload malware, probe or attack the service, or try to reach data belonging to another workspace.
• Resell or white-label Replim without a written agreement.
• Use AI features to produce content that is deceptive about being automated where disclosure is legally required.

Automated replies and disclosure

Replim drafts replies; a person approves them. Do not present a drafted reply as something it is not where a law or platform rule requires you to disclose automation. You are responsible for what you approve and send.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend access, remove content or close an account. Where it is reasonable and lawful we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. Serious cases, particularly anything involving harm to a person or illegal content, may be actioned immediately and reported.
