Pick a plan by the work you actually have.

Tiers differ by connected accounts, comments per month, seats and workspaces. The product itself — inbox, tagging, suggested replies, posting an approved reply back — is the same on every plan. 14-day trial on the plan you choose. No card required.

Compare

Every billed limit, side by side.

Figures come from the plans table the application enforces. If a cell says Yes on every plan, that capability is not locked behind a higher tier.

What the plan limits These are the figures the application actually enforces. Going over a limit stops new collection or new connections; it does not delete work already in the inbox.

What the numbers mean

How accounts, comments, seats and workspaces are counted.

Connected account

One profile, page or channel. An Instagram profile and a Facebook page are two. Only accounts that are not disconnected count against the limit.

Comment

A comment counts once when it is collected into the inbox, in the calendar month it arrived. Replies you send do not count. Hitting the ceiling stops new collection until the month turns; it does not hide work already there.

Seat

A person in the workspace. The owner is one seat. Inviting someone uses a seat; removing them frees it. Everyone in the workspace sees the same queue.

Workspace

A separate inbox with its own accounts, members and brand guidance. Starter and Growth include one. Agency includes five, which is how client work stays apart.

Scope

What every plan includes, and what none of them do.

On every plan

  • Collects comments from connected Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts into one inbox.
  • Classifies each comment by sentiment, and flags questions, complaints and buying intent.
  • Orders the queue so the comments that need answering first appear first.
  • Drafts a suggested reply, which a person edits and approves before anything is sent.
  • Posts the approved reply back to the platform the comment came from.
  • Shares one queue across a team, with assignment, internal notes and saved replies.

What Replim does not do

  • It does not schedule or publish posts. There is no content calendar. Replim handles what arrives after you post, not the posting.
  • It does not send replies automatically. Every reply is a draft until a person approves it. There is no setting that turns automatic replying on.
  • It does not support X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit or Threads. Four platforms only: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • It does not manage direct messages. Public comments only. DMs stay in the platform they arrived in.

Trial and billing

14-day trial on the plan you choose. No card required.

The trial starts when you create an account and uses the limits of the plan you pick. No card is asked for at signup.

After the trial, keeping a paid plan is billed through Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Replim never sees or stores your card details. You can switch or cancel from Billing.

Prices are in US dollars. Yearly billing is two months off the monthly price. Comparing with a publishing suite? We have written up how Replim differs from Sprout Social and Agorapulse.

FAQ

The questions that decide a plan.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Creating an account does not ask for a card. You pick a plan first, and the trial on that plan starts when the account is created.

What happens when the trial ends?

After the trial, keeping a paid plan is billed through Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Replim never sees or stores your card details. You can switch or cancel from Billing.

How long is the trial?

Every plan includes a 14-day trial. It starts when you create the account, not when you connect a social account.

What counts as a connected account?

One social profile, page or channel. An Instagram profile and a Facebook page are two connected accounts. Disconnected accounts do not count.

What counts toward the monthly comment limit?

Each comment collected into your inbox in a calendar month counts once. Replies you send do not count, and the counter resets at the start of each month. Hitting the ceiling stops new collection until the month turns; it does not hide comments already in the inbox.

What is a seat?

A person in the workspace. The owner counts as one. Inviting someone consumes a seat; removing them frees it.

What do extra workspaces get me?

Starter and Growth include one workspace. Agency includes five. Each workspace has its own connected accounts, inbox, brand note and members, which is how an agency keeps clients apart.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. The workspace owner can switch from Billing. The limits of the new plan apply from then on.

Can Replim post a reply without me approving it?

No. Suggested replies are drafts. A person reads, edits and approves every one. There is no automatic sending on any plan.

Does any plan include publishing, scheduling or direct messages?

No. Replim handles public comments on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. It does not schedule or publish posts, and it does not read DMs.
