Changelog
What shipped, and when
Replim is pre-launch, and the fair question about a pre-launch product is whether it is actually being built. This is the record. Dates are the dates things shipped, and the fixes are listed alongside the features.
A real pricing page, and you pick a plan before the account exists
The homepage pricing cards were a summary. There is now a full pricing page that compares every billed limit — accounts, comments, seats and workspaces — and states what is on every plan versus what Replim does not do at all. Signup asks you to choose a plan first, and the account is created on that plan rather than silently landing on Growth.
- Comparison of Starter, Growth and Agency, including workspaces.
- Signup shows the three plans, with a link through to the full page.
- The trial uses the limits of the plan you picked. No card is asked for.
Replies now post back to the platform
Until this release a reply was written, stored and never sent. The inbox has always been able to draft and record an answer; what it could not do was put that answer on the post it belonged to. It does now, for all four platforms.
A reply is only recorded as sent once the platform confirms it. Anything that could not be confirmed is shown as not posted, with the reason, and can be retried — rather than being marked sent and quietly going nowhere.
- Approved replies are posted to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- A reply the platform refuses is shown as failed, with the reason, and can be resent.
- Replies written while a connection was down are queued and sent when it returns.
The inbox became genuinely shared
Replim was described as a shared inbox while having nothing that made it shared. Two people working the same queue could only coordinate by both answering the same person.
- Assign a comment to a teammate, and filter to Mine or Unassigned.
- Internal notes on any comment, visible to your team and never sent anywhere.
- Saved replies for the answers you write over and over, ordered by how often you use them.
- Bulk triage: clear everything matching the current filter in one action.
- A team activity feed showing who replied to, assigned or noted what.
Moderation, leads and reply-time targets
- Mark a comment as spam to take it out of the working queue.
- Move a lead through contacted, qualified or dismissed, and leave a note on it.
- Set a reply-time target; anything still waiting past it is marked overdue. Off by default.
- Export everything your workspace holds as a CSV.
Drafts that know something about your business
A tone setting alone produces replies that sound plausible for any business and specific to none. Drafts are now written against a short note about yours, and are instructed never to state a price, delivery time or policy they were not given.
- Pick a reply tone for the workspace.
- Add a brand note that every draft is written against.
- Read what your recent comments are saying, summarised on the dashboard.
Several workspaces on one account
The Agency plan has always listed multi-workspace among its features. It now exists: create a workspace, switch between them from the sidebar, and each keeps its own inbox, connections and team.
Fixed: sign-up and sign-in codes were not being delivered
A configuration mismatch meant the six digit codes used to confirm an email address were never sent, so new accounts could not be completed. Corrected, and verified end to end against the mail service.
Fixed: "Remember me" did not remember
The box was there and the session it promised was never restored, so closing the browser signed you out. It now keeps you signed in for thirty days, and the token is rotated on every visit so a stolen one stops working.
Comment collection
- Connected accounts are checked for new comments every ten minutes.
- Each comment is scored for sentiment and flagged as a question, complaint or buying intent.
- The queue is ordered so what needs answering first appears first.
Accounts, billing and the legal pages
- Sign up and sign in with a six digit email code, and reset a forgotten password.
- Subscriptions, invoices and plan changes.
- Terms, privacy policy, data processing addendum, acceptable use, refunds and cookies.
Try what is here now
Everything above is live. Connecting an account needs your own platform permissions, and the build status says plainly what is working and what is not.
