Refunds and Cancellation

Free trial

The Growth plan includes a 14 day trial. No card is required to create an account. If you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown when you subscribe. Dodo Payments takes the payment, issues the receipt, and charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Replim never sees or stores your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your workspace. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial month.

Refunds

If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that period.

We generally do not refund a period that has already been used, or a renewal you forgot to cancel, though we will always look at the circumstances. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method.

Nothing here removes any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you have as a consumer where you live. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over this section.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Dodo will retry. If it keeps failing your subscription moves to past due and access to paid features may pause until it is settled. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.

Price changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. It is almost always faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is handled by Dodo Payments.
